The work is executed in Scientific-Research Oceanographic Centre of the Republic of Guinea, (CERESCOR), Conakry in June, 1985 - March 1987.

The material is assembled on four ranges, which two of are located in two estuarieses of Dubrek with coordinates - 9°46'N, 13°34'W; and Tabunsu - 9°34'N, 13°35'W. Extent of the investigated site in Duberk from the top station up to an output from estuaries has made 15 kms, in Tabunsu - 18 kms. The third range is dated to littoral directly near centre (9°34'N, 13°40'W), and fourth to a shelf of Los islands (average coordinates 9°30'N, 13°47'W).

Researches were carried out all-the-year-round in dry and damp seasons, and also in transitive periods.
